The spacious living room has a seating area, smart TV with streaming capability and an open play area with a playhouse and various play elements. There is also an open kitchen with luxury appliances and a dining area. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Through the French doors you enter the enclosed garden with a covered terrace. From your garden you have access to the shared (fenced) playground.  So you can let your (grand)children play with peace of mind. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are aimed at adults and 1 bedroom specially equipped for children. One of the adult bedrooms has a smart TV with streaming capability. There is a bathroom on the first floor with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. The children's bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor and a stair gate. There are 2 private parking spaces available next to the house with a charging station for an electric car. Of course you can make free use of wifi during your stay.

The group accommodation is located within walking distance of the Zeeland coast, near one of the cleanest and widest sandy beaches in the Netherlands. With an extensive coastline and the most hours of sunshine, the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen area is an ideal destination. The resort itself offers many facilities for a nice relaxing stay. At reception, you will find the indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a spacious outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a drink. From the terrace you have a view of the play beach with children's play equipment. The park also has a modern restaurant with a varied offer, a mini market with sting products, sandwich service and bicycle storage. For guests with four-legged friends, there are special dog walking areas in and around the resort. In the main building, plenty of fun entertainment is offered for the little ones in the kids' club. The accommodation is close to the Belgian border, so you can take many fun trips to various Belgian cities; such as Bruges.
