Because most meeting locations are exclusively available for the group, you will not experience any nuisance or distraction from other guests.
A meeting location with an overnight stay means that breakfast, lunch and dinner must also be served. The group accommodation and the meeting room often offer the possibility to cook for yourself. There is often a spacious kitchen with refrigerator, cooking facilities and appliances, as well as a complete kitchen inventory. A stay based on self-catering is therefore possible, but you can also choose to have your stay (partly) catered.
