The country kitchen has 5 gas burners, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and an oven in it. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, all beds have duvets and pillows. There is also a washing machine in a separate room. On the ground floor there is a sanitary room with double sink, shower, and toilet. The house is located in front of a holiday park with its own parking space in front of the house. Outside is a garden with a roof, a garden furniture, a cozy garden and a jacuzzi.

The fine indoor swimming pool is open from 1 April to 31 October, from Monday to Saturday. The catering industry is open all year round (on fixed days per season) and the facilities are closed on Sundays.

The house is located in Overijssel, with the woods and a sandy plain a short distance away. The river Vecht is also nearby. Stop by the electric ferry, where you can cross the Vecht on foot or by bike. The center of Hardenberg is within good cycling distance, a cozy center with various shops and terraces. Bicycles can be rented at the holiday park, and enjoy the beautiful Vechtdal surroundings by bike. Free cycling routes are available at the reception.
