Wij vragen iedere groep een beoordeling te geven over het verblijf in de groepsaccommodatie. Dit wordt gedaan via een gastenenquĂȘte. De beoordeling van de groep zetten wij om in een cijfer.

We publish the customer’s rating (minimum three) about the facilities, reception, cleanliness and overall impression of the group accommodation on the site. The overall rating is displayed with a number.

Since its launch, many thousands of guest surveys have been completed and sent to us. The publication of the figures at an accommodation gives you insight into the appreciation of previous guests and you can benefit from this.

Guest survey results are automatically sent to the relevant homeowner/manager. If an accommodation’s score is below par, arrangements are made with the homeowner/manager for improvement.
