We ask each group to give an assessment of the stay in the group accommodation. This is done via a guest survey. Then, we will convert the assessment of the group into a grade. We publish the customer's assessment of the facilities, reception, cleanness, and the overall impression of the group accommodation on the website. The overall judgement will be denoted in a grade. Since the start, thousands of guest surveys have been filled out and sent to us.
The publication of the grades at the accommodation gives you access to the valuation of previous guests. You can use this to your advantage. The results of the guest surveys are automatically forwarded to the owner/admin concerned. If the score of an accommodation is insufficient, agreements for improvement are made with the owner/admin.
