This T-farm was built in 1852 on the dike in the village of Rijswijk gld. The front house is at the level of the dike, the middle house slightly lower, and the back house at the level at which the village is built. The original structure of the old farmhouse is still present, the atmosphere and the colors used are from the 19th century. The leading concept of the holiday home is that it is recognizable for every generation; For both the elderly and the young, there are elements or furniture from 'their' time. This interior was created under architecture, so that it has become a balanced whole, with modern ease of use. The location in the Betuwe is emphasized in the wallpaper with blossom, where both modern and classic wallpaper has also been used.

There are quite a few height differences in the accommodation as a result of building against the dike. The entrance is in the back house, where there is a communal kitchen and a lounge corner. From this common room you can go down a few steps, to the basement (with wardrobe, toilet group, sauna) or via a somewhat higher staircase, to the top where four large attractive rooms have been set up on the first floor. Each room here has its own bathroom with toilet. Another floor up are the other rooms on a wide corridor, with again each room (except for one) its own bathroom and toilet. There are two staircases from the highest to the lower floor. The accommodation is located on a spacious piece of land with pasture, where sheep graze and a wide yard, on which you can play well.

The accommodation is located on the edge of the village of Rijswijk, on the dike. The village has a medieval church and alternating newer and monumental buildings. On the other side of the dike are the floodplains of the river Nederijn. The floodplains are partly nature, partly agricultural areas. The nature reserve consists of a few puddles, surrounded by softwood forest. Numerous birds influence this place. In the floodplain is Corn Mill De Hoop from 1703. Rijswijk is located in the Betuwe with winding dikes, many small villages and 8 kilometers from the monumental town of Buren. The ferry sails across the river to Wijk bij Duurstede in 15 minutes walking distance. This historic town with city center has numerous restaurants and shops, a city wall with gate and corn mill Rijn en Lek on top. Where the Betuwe is mainly a 'cycling landscape', there are several rounds with different ferries possible, on the 'other side of the river' lies the walking landscape: walking from Wijk bij Duurstede to the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, with Leersum, Amerongen and surroundings.
