Dream in the polder! Luxurious holiday villa in the style of the farmhouse from 1680. Enjoy the panoramic view, the Old Rhine for swimming and sailing and the hot tub.

Located in the farmhouse’s old Carriage Stable with a large room where 16 people can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a complete cooking island and three luxurious bedrooms (7 beds), each with their own sanitary facilities. The other bedrooms are located in the remodeled haystack and the former stable. Because the rooms are spread out over several parts of the building, there is a lot of privacy and nice extra spaces for workshops, sessions, other activities or simple peace and quiet.
Everything you need for a weekend break with family and friends in Utrecht is taken care of. During the summer you can have a great time by the private pool (open from May through October) with a hot tub for eight people. For the children there is a trampoline and a tree swing present, and on the lawn you can play ball games. Plenty of peace and quiet, but the city with all its activities is close by. Complete catering can be taken care of!

Ideal surroundings for cycling, sailing and hiking

Woerden is the capitol of the Groene Hart and there is plenty to discover in the direct surroundings. Like Castle De Haar, or visit the cheese market in Woerden and do a cheese tour with a group in the cheese warehouse or ride the Limes route on your bike with an interactive app on your phone. Sail with a replica of a real Roman ship on the adjacent Old Rhine!

"We hebben genoten van de accommodatie, de faciliteiten en de omgeving"

Iedereen had een eigen kamer en de meesten zelfs met eigen douche en toilet. We kregen in de loop van de ochtend van aankomst bericht dat we zelfs eerder mochten inchecken. Dat gaf mij de gelegenheid om, voor aankomst van iedereen, alvast de kamerindeling te doen. We kregen van de eigenaars ook goede tips voor catering en bbq.
