The holiday home is located in the beautiful hilly landscape of the Eifel and has a usable area of approximately 85 m2.

This villa features a spacious living room with a seating area equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area. Luxury appliances are available, including a gas hob, combination microwave oven and dishwasher. From the living room you have access to the spacious terrace with patio furniture.  There is also a small bathroom with shower, washbasin and your own private sauna on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You can park your car at the central car park within walking distance.
