On the ground floor there is a spacious living room where cooking, eating and relaxing flow into each other. The open kitchen is modernly furnished. Adjacent are the dining room and two cozy sitting areas, so that there is enough space for everyone to come together. From both the kitchen and the living room you can step straight into the sunny terrace and garden, making the inside and outside pleasantly connected. On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, in addition there are two bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the second floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, each with its own sink, and a large 65 m² playroom with a seating area — an ideal place for children or a cosy play and relaxation area for the whole group. The 7-acre garden is a nice place to relax or be active. You will find several seating areas, a nice barbecue corner and enough space to play badminton, for example. Just 300 meters away is a public playing field with football goals, perfect for those looking for more sporting activities.
