With a living area of approximately 160 m², three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open mezzanine, there is plenty of space for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The fully enclosed garden also makes the house ideal for families with children and guests who like to bring their dog.

Inside, the high ceilings, wooden beams and large windows provide a spacious and attractive appearance. In the living room you will find a comfortable sitting area with television and a cozy wood stove. Adjacent is the dining area, where you can dine together with the whole group. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, combi oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.

A nice place to get together is the bright veranda. Through the large windows you can enjoy a wide view over the garden and the green surroundings. Challenge each other to a game of table football or find a quiet spot to enjoy the view. From the veranda you step directly onto the terrace.

The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and direct access to the garden. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower and double sinks and two separate toilets. On the open mezzanine above the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people and an extra sitting area.

Outside you have a fully enclosed garden with plenty of space to play and relax. On the raised terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for long evenings outside. Bicycles and mountain bikes can be safely stored in the garage and private parking is available on site. Pets are welcome. The accommodation is especially suitable for families and quiet groups; parties and night noise are not allowed.

For a fun day out, Durbuy is about 8 kilometers away. Stroll through the historic streets, settle down on a terrace or opt for an active day at Adventure Valley. Hotton and Marche-en-Famenne are also easily accessible.
