This characterful, converted farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant group stay. The property has nine bedrooms, including one family room for five people and eight double rooms. Each bedroom has a sink with hot and cold water. In addition, the accommodation is completely on the ground floor, without thresholds, and therefore also suitable for wheelchair users. The heart of the accommodation is the spacious living room of no less than 95 m² with an attractive fireplace and comfortable underfloor heating. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook together and dine extensively. Outside you can enjoy a large south-facing terrace and a spacious garden where young and old will have a great time. Children can play on the trampoline, swings and slide, while the rest of the group relaxes in the sun. The accommodation can be expanded to 28 people and also has a separate meeting room that can be rented for courses, meetings or other gatherings.

From the group accommodation you can walk or cycle directly into the beautiful nature of the Eastern Ardennes. The area is known for its vast forests, rolling landscapes and numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. The well-known long-distance cycle route Amsterdam-Rome and walking route GR56 also run through the area. In winter, the region turns into a true snowy landscape. Thanks to its high altitude, this is one of the snowiest areas in Belgium, with plenty of opportunities for cross-country skiing or skiing on the nearby slopes of Schwarzer Mann and the ski slope at Medendorf. There is also plenty to do in the summer. Visit the lakes of Robertville and Bütgenbach for a day of swimming or water sports, or go canoeing on the Amblève.
