This spacious group accommodation is located on the edge of the attractive La Roche-en-Ardenne, in the middle of nature and only a 5-minute walk from the center. Once a hotel, now completely converted into a comfortable and cozy place for groups, for 19 people. Ideal for enjoying peace, space and activities in the Belgian Ardennes.

The accommodation offers plenty of space to be together. On the first floor you will find the cozy dining room with room for everyone, a small bar and sitting area with flat screen TV. The kitchen is professionally set up, so you can cook for a large group without any effort. In total there are 9 bedrooms spread over 3 floors (1 on the ground floor, 4 on the 1st and 4 on the 2nd floor). Outside you will find a large garden with terrace, great for enjoying the sun together.

The accommodation is located directly on the forest, which provides endless hiking and cycling opportunities. Mountain bikes, canoes and rats can be rented in the area for an active day out. The historic center of La Roche is also within walking distance, where you can enjoy a terrace, shops and the famous castle with a view over the Ourthe. "Die Raumaufteilung und Größe der Zimmer war wunderbar "
Leider ist in diesem Haus ein Renovierungsstau. Abgerissen Tapeten, sowie aus der Wand gerissene Steckdosen. Im Kleiderschrank sind die Stangen rausgebrochen, sowie eine Toilette Wasser verloren hat. Die Außenanlage war sehr ungepflegt und Gläser, Schüsseln und Teller mussten vor Gebrauch gespült werden. Wie gesagt, die Zimmer Aufteilung sowie die Größe von Zimmern, Essbereich Kühlschrank/ Eisfach war klasse, aber der Rest lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

heerlijk groot huis met genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. fijn dat iedereen een eigen badkamer had. De woonkamer was ruim genoeg om ons avondprogramma te doen met 12 man, dat er een bar in de woonkamer zat kwam dus ook goed van pas. Verder heerlijk op de terrassen gezeten en gebarbecued. fijn dat het op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum van la roche ligt. Verder waren de bedden goed, de keuken lekker ruim.

Het is een ontzettend goed uitgeruste accommodatie, zeer compleet. Goede bedden, goede badkamers (ruim, goede douche, fijn bad). Keuken zeer compleet wat betreft potten, pannen, glaswerk e.d. De ruimtes zijn groot genoeg, we kwamen niets tekort. We komen heel graag terug. Heerlijk weekend hier mogen zijn, we hebben echt genoten. Deze accommodatie is echt een aanrader.

Wij waren met 6 stellen (een stel ging niet mee vanwege een positieve Coronatest) die elkaar wel goed kennen, maar nooit eerder in één huis hadden gelogeerd, om dan ook maar meteen een badkamer en toilet mee te moeten delen :-). Dus kamer met eigen sanitair was fantastisch! Naast 2 huishonden waren er ook 3 blindengeleidehonden mee. De honden hadden alle ruimte en voor de blinden waren de kamers beneden goed toegankelijk. De accommodatie is niet super de luxe of hyper modern te noemen maar gaf wel de nodige gezelligheid. Het was er ook schoon. Goed uitgeruste keuken en bar! De eerste avond kwamen er spontaan mensen langs van het huis aan de overkant om bij ons een drankje te doen en een dansje te wagen haha. Aad, de eigenaar is heel flexibel en erg goed bereikbaar. Helaas hadden we de eerste ochtend bruin en koud water uit de douches, maar het werd snel duidelijk uitgelegd waarom dat kwam door de naast wonende concierge Vincent. Het weer zat ons goed mee waardoor we optimaal hebben kunnen genieten.

Prachtig plekje bij riviertje met een enorme beverdam. De accomodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, het is niet nieuw, maar wel sfeervol. Heerlijk voor meerdere gezinnen samen.
