This property features a large dining room with seating area. There is also a cozy bar. You can cook in a professional kitchen. The second floor consists of eight bedrooms, and the third floor of nine (see bedroom layout). All rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, and sink. Outside, you can enjoy the garden with pond, large terrace and BBQ.
This villa is located in a quiet area on the edge of a forest. However, it is only a 5 minute walk to the town center. The accommodation offers the possibility to organize various sporting, recreational, and cultural activities (in consultation, of course). There are also mountain bikes, canoes, and rafts for rent.

"Fantastisch 'familiehotel' om met de gehele familie een paar onvergetelijke dagen te beleven!"
Vakantievilla is ingericht en uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om een paar dagen met een groot gezelschap te genieten. Niet onvermeld mogen blijven zijn de fantastisch, werkelijk volledig ingerichte keuken, de gezellige bar met prachtig koelmeubel, de ruime eetzaal, het tafelvoetbal en uiteraard de professionele en supersnelle vaatwasser!

We hadden dankzij de flexibiliteit van de concierge een ontspannen weekend!
Hoewel het domein zelf verouderd is, was toch alles aanwezig om een grote familie als de onze vrij comfortabel op te vangen!

Met een groep (leeftijd 40+) van 26 man een top weekend doorgebracht in deze accommodatie vlakbij La Roche en Ardenne. Top locatie, fraaie voorzieningen en op loopafstand van dorp en te ondernemen activiteiten. Een echte aanrader!!
