On the ground floor there are bedrooms with several single beds, complemented by a bunk bed and a cot, while the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. The property features 2 fully equipped kitchens with adjoining dining and living areas, providing ample space to cook, eat and relax together. Outside, there are additional amenities such as a table tennis room, an outdoor playground and a barbecue. There is a large sports hall of approximately 1,400 m² on the site, equipped for strength and fitness training and equipped with extensive fitness equipment. In addition, there is a heated 25-metre swimming pool for swimming training or recovery, a separate room for yoga and group activities, a cross-country course and facilities such as a bar, bike wash, workbench and bicycle rental.
