The spacious living room is a cozy place to get together with the whole group. Relax in the comfortable seating area, enjoy the view of the green surroundings or light the wood stove during colder days. There is plenty of space at the large dining table to dine together extensively.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. This gives you everything you need to cook for yourself during your stay.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, all furnished with a king-size double bed. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a third bathroom with shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet. A nice extra: on arrival the beds are already made for you. A cot and high chair are available for the smallest guests.

It is also wonderful to stay outside. On the spacious, partially covered terrace there is a large dining table and you can barbecue together. From the garden you look out over the surrounding nature and the golf course. Fancy a mutual competition? In the private garden there is a private petanque court. Thanks to the quiet, green location, there is also a good chance that you will spot various animals in the area during your stay.

Golf enthusiasts are of course in the right place here: the villa is located directly at the Five Nations Golf Club. But even if you don't play golf, there is plenty to do in the area. The wooded hilly landscape invites you to beautiful walks, bike rides and mountain bike routes.

The cozy center of Durbuy is about 9 kilometers away. Stroll through the characteristic streets, visit the shops and restaurants or opt for an active day at Adventure Valley Durbuy. For daily shopping you can go to Barvaux-sur-Ourthe, about 3 kilometers from the villa.

The Labyrinth of Barvaux and the Caves of Hotton are also nice trips. Prefer to be active in nature? Along and on the Ourthe there are plenty of opportunities for hiking and kayaking. This holiday villa is a comfortable base for a relaxing and active stay in the Ardennes.
