This authentic local farmhouse with its natural stone walls now is a holiday home ideal for families with children, a family reunion or groups of friends of up to 24 people.
A group accommodation in Belgium with wellness room
On the ground floor there is a communal room with private kitchen where you can eat together. There is also a communal living area with large flat screen TV and home cinema. There is a wellness room with two saunas, steam shower and fitness equipment. In the 1200 m² garden you will find play equipment, a large play and sunbathing meadow and plenty of sheltered spots with garden furniture and a large barbecue. For wheelchair users there is a ramp at the front door and wall supports at the toilet. There is also a shower seat.
At the front of the house you have a view of an authentic, ranked little square where the "Lavoir" (a former washing area) is located.
This holiday home has a quiet located in the green and scenic village center of Dochamps. The village of Dochamps has existed for more than 1000 years, and is located in a forest.

"Gezellige locatie"
Fijne locatie om met verschillende gezinnen een gezellig vriendenweekend te beleven. Een groot terras en tuin om de mooie zomerdagen op door te brengen. Ook ideaal dat er verschillende ruimtes zijn om in te vertoeven en daarnaast voldoende badkamers en slaapkamers aanwezig.

"Mooie ligging, huis is groot, maar niet altijd even praktisch"
Een hele ruime leefkeuken, waar we met zijn allen (18pers) makkelijk konden eten, dus top. Van 3 huizen 1 gemaakt, daardoor wel erg veel hokjes. 1 redelijke huiskamer, waar we met 14 man wel konden zitten, later op de avond. Wel een gedateerd huis, buiten mooie plaats om met zijn allen te kunnen zitten/bbq-en.

"Goed uitgerust, zeer schoon en verrassend huis."
We waren met 14 volwassenen en iedereen kon daardoor alleen of met 2 op 1 slaapkamer. Het huis is een geheel maar bestaat wel uit verschillende delen waardoor de 3 gezinnen wel bij elkaar lagen. 3 prima keukens en materiaal. Er was al toiletpapier, vaatdoekje etc. Wij hebben beddengoed erbij gehuurd wat uitstekend was. de 2 sauna's en stoomcabine en grote fitness toestel vielen in de smaak. Boven is er ook airhockey, in de tuin (overdekt) tafeltennis. De Spar is vlakbij (met de auto), Delhaize ook...Duchamps is een klein dorpje, je zit zo in het bos. Wij hebben genoten.
