Here you can enjoy peace, space and the real Ardennes feeling together, in the middle of the green surroundings of Dochamps.

On the ground floor there is a spacious common room where you can eat together with the whole group. The space features its own kitchen, so you can easily prepare meals for the whole group. In addition, there is a cozy communal sitting area with a large flat screen and home cinema, ideal for a relaxing movie night. Need some extra relaxation? The property features a wellness area with two saunas, a steam shower and a fitness machine. Outside, a garden of no less than 1200 m² awaits with a large play and sunbathing area. Children can enjoy themselves on the professional swing, while the adults find a nice spot by the garden furniture. On nice days, you can light up the large barbecue and enjoy a long evening in the open air together. Accessibility has also been considered. There is a ramp at the front door and wall supports have been placed at the toilet. In addition, a shower seat is available. At the front of the group accommodation you look out over an authentic and protected village square with the historic 'Lavoir', the former washing place of the village.

Thanks to its location near vast forests, this is a wonderful destination for nature lovers. From the village you can take beautiful walks and bike rides and enjoy the hilly landscape of the Belgian Ardennes together. A well-known trip in the area is Parc Chlorophylle, a recreational forest park where children can get acquainted with nature in a playful way. The atmospheric La Roche-en-Ardenne is also a nice destination for a day out. Here you can walk through the cozy center, visit the castle or opt for various outdoor activities in and around the Ourthe. The wooded area also offers plenty of opportunities for mountain biking, hiking and other active trips.
