The holiday villa consists of 2 fully restored and modernized traditional houses on a plot of approx. 3,000 m², with a total living area of approx. 320 m². The villa can accommodate 13 people divided into 2 houses, each with a fully fitted kitchen, private bathrooms and spacious living areas. Thanks to the smart layout, there is always a perfect balance between cozy get-together and privacy.

The first house can accommodate 6 people and features a master bedroom with private bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds with shared bathroom, a living room and an attic floor with additional TV room. The second house can accommodate 7 people, with 2 large bedrooms on the first floor, an additional single bed and a double bedroom, each with its own bathroom.

The great outdoors are the focus here: dive into the large pool, lounge on the sunbeds, barbecue in the outdoor kitchen or relax in the sauna (on request, at an additional cost). For a moment of rest and reflection, there is a special yoga and meditation room. The children will have fun on the playing field or at the table tennis table. The interior is decorated in an attractive boho-chic style in which traditional charm and modern comfort go hand in hand.

Beaches, villages and adventure in the Algarve 🏖️

Vila Nova de Cacela is located in the heart of a beautiful region, just steps away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. Praia da Manta Rota (approx. 2 km) is a wide, sandy beach with a gently sloping water edge — ideal for families with children. Even closer is the almost unspoilt Praia da Cacela Velha, accessible via a short walk or boat ride through the lagoon, with breathtaking views over the Ria Formosa.

Just a few kilometres away is the picturesque white village of Cacela Velha, with narrow streets and a small church perched on a cliff above the sea. The historic town of Tavira, with its old bridges and cozy terraces on the water, is also close by and definitely worth a visit. Those who want to actively enjoy nature can take boat trips on the lagoon of the Ria Formosa, go bird watching in the nature reserve, cycle through the orange groves or ride horses through the hills. For the children, there are also adventure parks nearby. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and banks can be found within a short distance in the area.
