This quinta is a characterful holiday home in Paderne, Algarve, for up to 10 adults and two children. This 150-year-old Portuguese quinta exudes authenticity and tranquility. Not a modern design villa, but an attractive house with a soul, where simplicity and comfort go hand in hand. Here you can enjoy rural life in peace, surrounded by fruit trees and sun-drenched hills.

Around the house are several terraces, a large saltwater swimming pool of 10 meters long and a covered outdoor terrace with a generous dining table and double BBQ, ideal for long evenings with family or friends. On site you will also find a bar, a meditation and yoga dome and many places in sun or shade to relax. Inside, the house is equipped with air conditioning and a filtered water system so that you have drinking water from the tap everywhere.

The interior is simple but atmospheric. The holiday home has 5 different bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a spacious family room with an additional enclosed room with a double bed.

Outside there is a 10-metre saltwater swimming pool and several terraces spread over the property, so you always have a nice spot in the sun or in the shade.

The quinta is located on a property of approximately 2 hectares with fig, olive and almond trees. Here, silence, nature and starlight prevail. Two sweet outdoor cats, Miqoe and Bobby, are part of the picture, moving quietly around the house and adding a touch of liveliness.

The location is ideal: surrounded by nature, but about 40 minutes drive from Faro and only 25 km from the coast. Paderne is an authentic village with whitewashed houses, winding streets and a relaxed village life. If you want to go to the beach, you can reach the seaside resorts of Albufeira, Galé or Praia da Coelha in less than half an hour. In the area you will also find charming towns such as Alte and Boliqueime, and you can walk to the old castle of Paderne with views over the hills. For families, there are adventure parks, horseback riding and fun hiking trails nearby.
