Located 50 metres from the Oosterschelde estuary, this group accommodation is spacious and offers plenty of comfort. The group accommodation, built in a listed homestead, is surrounded by lots of space and has a large terrace. Apart from the terrace and the garden, this holiday home has a playing field of over 1 hectare with various playing facilities. The accommodation is suitable for up to 48 persons, divided over 14 rooms. The entire building is non-smoking.

The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has many amenities. There are a total of 14 rooms spread over two floors, each with its own sanitary facilities (shower, washbasin and toilet). One room on the ground floor was built as a MIVA (disabled persons) room and has the corresponding facilities. There is also a separate disabled toilet in the hall on the ground floor. There are toilets (2 ladies and 2 gents) at the main entrance near the common room, here there is also a baby changing facility.

A short distance from your holiday home are the towns of Kapelle, Goes and Middelburg. Furthermore, an 18-hole golf course is located 5 kilometres from the accommodation. Diving in the Oosterschelde estuary is possible directly from the accommodation. Wemeldinge marina offers opportunities for renting sailing boats with or without skipper.

"prachtige ligging maar gans de midweek problemen met de verwarming.Sommige badkamers ijskoud."
Na telefoon met jullie is de verhuurder gekomen maar de koude bleef.
Vaatwasser lekte, sommige kamers boven aren niet netjes.

Ik had alleen even gebeld of er handdoeken bij zaten omdat ik de mail niet meer had, toen werd er aangegeven dat het erbij zat, daar aangekomen bleek het er niet bij te zitten, en werd niet echt veel aangedaan omdat ik ze niet bijgeboekt had, maar kon ook niets meer huren. voor 41 mensen handdoeken moeten kopen, beetje jammer.

We hadden veel ruimte zodat ieder op een plekje z’n ding kon doen. Spelletjes aan verschillende tafels. De pooltafel werd goed gebruikt! Ook de sjoelbak en voetbaltafel waren favoriet.
Zelfs met een dag regen hebben we ons goed vermaakt in het huis.
De keuken was ook heerlijk om in te koken e.d.
We misten een staafmixer en konden deze snel ophalen bij de buurtjes. Heel fijn!
