The accommodation consists of 6 fully furnished apartments that all have their own entrance. Each apartment has its own atmosphere, but comfort and tranquility are central everywhere. Due to the smart layout and the abundance of daylight, the apartments feel light and spacious. On the loft there is a comfortable double bed or 2 separate single beds. In addition, extra beds can be placed, making each apartment suitable for up to 4 people. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, 2-burner hob, coffee machine and crockery, so you can easily cook for yourself. There is also a cozy sitting area and a private outdoor seating area. For larger groups, there is a spacious communal living area with large windows, a spacious sitting area and a long dining table. The semi-professional kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Here you can cook, eat or relax together. In addition, there is a flexible space that can be used for meetings, workshops, sports lessons or group activities. Extra sanitary facilities provide extra comfort during gatherings with several guests.

From various places you have a view over the Zeeland polder towards Brouwershaven. The area offers plenty of opportunities for excursions. A short distance away are the beaches and various walking and cycling routes through the polder landscape and along Natura 2000 areas. Water sports such as sailing and windsurfing are popular here. Places such as Zierikzee, Renesse and Middelburg are also easy to reach for a day trip.
