The kitchen connects the living spaces and is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Downstairs is a modern bathroom and a bedroom with direct access to the garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub and shower are available.

The 1200m2 garden offers two terraces, a playing field, lounge chairs and sunbeds. Amenities such as a washing machine, dryer and children’s equipment are available, and there is parking for two cars on site, with additional parking space down the street. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Fancy a fun activity? Challenge each other to a game of jeu de boules on your own court. There are two sets with three jeu de boules balls each and a special children’s set, so that young and old can enjoy together.
