From the living room, you can step directly onto the spacious and covered terrace. The terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, where you can enjoy being together and admire the lively marina in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, such as an induction hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can dine for hours with your friends at the large dining table. The entrance also provides access to four spacious bedrooms, and the beds are made upon your arrival. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. One high chair and one crib are provided as standard. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. There is a washing machine in the storage room, and there is space for your own bicycles in the outdoor storage. The availability of the electric charging station depends on availability and is located in the parking lot.
