In a beautiful location and adjacent to the Oosterschelde National Park is this attractive and modern double holiday home with a sunny terrace on the southwest side. This holiday home is equipped for 6 people and located in the second row from the water. Unique to this house is the living room that is located on the first floor, so you have a beautiful view of the marina and the Oosterschelde on one side and the vast polders of Noord-Beveland on the other. In summer, the bedrooms on the ground floor are pleasantly cool. The house is located in one of the quietest places in the park and offers not only the perfect location for a relaxing, but also active holiday.

The house has 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Luxury ecodown duvets offer extra sleeping comfort. One bedroom has a double bed, the second is equipped with two single beds and the third with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms; one bathroom with a double sink, toilet and rain shower and a bathroom with sink, toilet and rain shower. There is also a separate guest toilet on the first floor. 

The stairs lead you to the beautiful living room. There is a large digital flat screen TV with SMART TV and additional German TV channels, a radio-CD player with USB and Bluetooth function and a Qi station for your mobile phone. In addition, there is also the extra enlarged balcony with comfortable garden furniture, a parasol and 2 sun loungers. You can enjoy endless views over the water after a beautiful day at the beach, until the sun goes down.

The open kitchen offers amenities such as a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. Coffee lovers in particular will get their money's worth and can choose from two capsule coffee machines (Tassimo and Caffissimo), a Pad Senseo coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are available in the storage room. For the long summer evenings, there is a picnic table with benches and a large barbecue in the garden.

Water fun for the whole family

When you spend your holiday in this park, you don't need a car. The park offers facilities such as a small supermarket, a restaurant and even a subtropical swimming paradise (for a fee) with water fun for the whole family. The fine sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away.
