Exclusive! A very spacious holiday home for twelve people, with panoramic views over the Veerse Meer, a short distance from the North Sea beach. This non-smoking property features four bathrooms, a wellness area, and a private jetty. In the summer months, this location is a hot spot with dazzling water sports activities. In the winter months, all the action gives way to peace. You can walk for hours or spot deer in the adjacent nature reserve, and enjoy an unprecedented view.All rooms are on the first floor. There are two spacious living rooms with a sitting area, dining area, and panoramic views over the Veerse Meer. The living rooms are full of light and equipped with every possible comfort, such as a flat screen television, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. From the living room, you also have access to the spacious and sunny terrace. The kitchen with cooking island is equipped with many conveniences. The second kitchen is equipped with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. In addition, there are four spacious bedrooms and an adjoining luxurious bathroom. This holiday home does not only have a beautiful view, you can also completely relax in the wellness area with rain shower and infrared sauna. You can use the jetty with boat ramp and free storage for water sports attributes. For an extra fee, you can use the water-ski track right outside the door. In the summer months, the adjacent trendy restaurant with lounge terrace is open daily. Parking on the private parking lot at the property is free of charge. Items for children, such as a cot and highchair can be reserved on request.

The holiday home is located near a beautiful water sports area that consists of a water ski track, surf school, surf shop, and a trendy restaurant. Numerous water sports activities are organized, such as windsurfing, water skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking and banana rides. The penthouse is about 3 km away from one of the most beautiful and clean North Sea beaches in the Netherlands.
