This energy-efficient villa, completed in 2020, is truly a gem! You enter the property through a large staircase at the front. The spacious entrance provides access to the luxurious, open (living) kitchen equipped with all modern quality appliances you would expect. This includes a large cooktop, ice maker, coffee machine, and steam oven. At the spacious dining table, you can enjoy delightful meals with your company until late in the evening, or how about an aperitif on the balcony terrace in the evening sun? On this floor, you will also find a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a guest toilet, and a wardrobe.

Via the stairs, you reach the first floor with a guest toilet and a living area. The living room is furnished with luxury furniture, a wood stove, and a TV.
