You enter the house through a large staircase at the front. The spacious entrance provides access to the luxurious, open (living) kitchen with all modern quality appliances. At the spacious dining table you can dine with the company until late in the evening or maybe you enjoy an aperitif on the balcony terrace in the evening sun? On this floor you will also find a spacious double bedroom with bathroom en suite and a guest toilet. On the first floor you will find the living room which is equipped with luxury furniture, a wood stove and TV. Here you can enjoy a panoramic view over the bustling marina and the Veerse Meer, this view never gets boring! The wide sliding doors connect the inside with the outside and give access to the second terrace with lounge set. On this floor you will also find a double room with luxury bathroom en suite with bath. The basement has another three double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet. The icing on the cake is the lovely garden with private jetty and south-facing terrace. This villa is intended for receiving family groups. Bookings by non-family groups are not accepted.
