 This former gym has been converted into a pleasant group accommodation in Utrecht. The accommodation is suitable for up to 40 people and, in combination with the activities of the sailing school 'de Vinkeveense Plassen, is perfect for school camps. The accommodation also lends itself to family reunions and multi-day training courses for companies. Because other various catering and meeting accommodations are present on the grounds, the possibilities are nearly endless. A truly unique place in the center of Het Groene Hart.

 The accommodation is equipped with a recreation room and dining room with a large terrace overlooking the water. The recreation room consists of a dining area and a seating area (35 people). A bar, refrigerator, TV screen, and sound system can be found in the main hall. The dining area has approximately 120 seats. The furniture in this space can be moved around, and there is a foldable stage present which can be used for presentations, games, performances, etc. Someone will prepare your food for you at this accommodation; you cannot use the kitchen yourself! Compulsory purchase of breakfast from 4.60. 

Self-catering is only possible from November to March for an additional charge of 75,- 
 There are 12 bedrooms available on the second floor (see room layout). All rooms have hot and cold running water; there are 8 showers and 10 toilets. 

 Swimming in the clear waters of the Vinkeveense plassen 

 The accommodation is located in the center of the picturesque village of Vinkeveen, right next to the Vinkeveense Plassen. The group accommodation is part of the Watersportcentrum Vinkeveen Haven. It is possible to partake in a wide range of water sports such as sailing, surfing, motor boating, and canoeing. The Vinkeveense Plassen are known for their clear water, and there are diving possibilities at different parts of the area. In addition to the various options in water sports, there are several beautiful walking and cycling routes.
