This group accommodation is located in the middle of nature, but close to all kinds of amenities. Motto of the homeowner: "Coziness knows no weather and time!" Rain or shine, the BBQ can always burn, even in less beautiful weather the BBQ can be placed inside. In the evening, you can enjoy the fire pit, the peace and quiet and of course the conviviality of your group for a long time. The accommodation is suitable for many types of groups: families, friends, associations, students but also the business community is welcome.

A group accommodation in Overijssel with a large playing field

In the living room there is a sitting area and a dining area. There is also an open kitchen with bar. The new kitchen is fully equipped with all the luxury you would expect from a new kitchen. In one of the cabinets there is a large amount of board games for young and old. On the ground floor there is also a "Master Bedroom". The beds are single box springs. In addition, there are two separate toilets and a very spacious bathroom on the ground floor, which is equipped with a shower and two sinks. On the first floor there are seven bedrooms, all furnished with stools, bedside tables, clothes hanging options and box spring beds (see room layout). Outside there is a large playing field with three terraces, one of which is completely covered. For activities, the surrounding land can be used in consultation. This is in consultation with the owner who lives on the site. On the playing field there is a mega trampoline, slide and 4 fold seesaw. There are also four Mammoth go-karts, various other vehicles present that can be raced. In addition, there is a play barn with table tennis table, shuffleboard, dartboard and children's pool table. This (closed) play barn is separate from the group accommodation. The group accommodation is located on the grounds of a suckler cow farm. A look at the cows and calves is therefore a possibility.

Make various cycling and walking routes together

There are many castles and manors to visit, these can be visited by car, bicycle or walking routes. A few hundred meters away begins the county of Weldam with its beautiful oak avenues, on the way to the cultural town of Diepenheim the water mill is often visited. A day with the children to an indoor playground.
