This attractive guest farm is located at the foot of the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. The accommodation is ideal for families with children, seniors and healthcare groups. Thanks to its location on the edge of the National Park, it is also an ideal base for hiking and mountain biking clubs. There is still some activity on the farmyard in the form of rearing calves/yearlings. Always a sight for small children.
A group accommodation in Overijssel with a playing field 
This group accommodation has a cozy kitchen with all modern amenities. There are two fridges inside and a small extra fridge outside on the terrace, ideal during hot days. In addition, there are two dishwashers, so that even with large groups, cleaning up is done quickly. The separate sitting area is furnished with comfortable seating including flat screen TV with DVD player and home cinema system. You can easily move from one part to another. Don't worry: you walk dry under the large cutting of the roof. In total there are 12 spacious double bedrooms with made beds. Two bedrooms are suitable for the disabled and there are adapted sanitary facilities. The garden includes a hot tub and a sauna. These are free to use. Upon arrival, the beds are already made for you and the hot tub is warm! There are also two roofs with patio furniture. Next to the parking lot is a spacious playing field for sports and games such as a table tennis table, volleyball net and a fire pit. Additional tools are available upon request.

The accommodation is a short distance from the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. Zutphen has an old center where beautiful buildings and architecture can be admired. Do you like shopping? Then you can indulge yourself in Deventer and enjoy shopping in the cozy streets. In the immediate vicinity you can walk for hours and enjoy beautiful nature. the group accommodation is located on the edge of the Holterberg and Sallandse Heuvelrug. The rolling landscape also offers many possible opportunities for mountain biking, cycling or exploring the area on sporty scooters.
