The living room has 2 seating areas, 1 with a television and another with an open fireplace. The open-plan kitchen has an island, and the french doors in the dining corner lead onto the terrace. The first floor is wheelchair-accessible and has a bedroom with adapted bathroom. The second floor has three more bedrooms. Also available are 2 cribs and a bunk bed, which can be added on request. Outside the property is a spacious terrace with furniture and a lawn with play sets for smaller children. The larger children can entertain themselves with the recreational woods, play sets, go-karts (and go-kart tracks on the property), and a covered playing area. There is also a soccer field and a volleyball field.

The beautiful town of Holten borders De Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park, which offers boundless opportunities. Numerous walking and cycling routes show you the most beautiful nature scenes and nature diorama Holterberg is definitely worth a visit. There is also a number of museums, miniature golf, horse wagon tours, and nighttime entertainment.
