Family weekend, team weekend or friends weekend? The holiday farm, located between the meadows and at the edge of the forests of the Het Weldam and Nijenhuis estate, offers four rooms, each with its own bathroom, two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large garden with terrace. This makes our holiday farm ideal for groups.
On the grounds of a farm, in the wooded area of Diepenheim, you'll find this group accommodation for 14 people. A beautiful spot in Twente and a perfect base for the many activities the area has to offer.
A group accommodation in Overijssel with a wide view 
The house is located in the rural area of Diepenheim. Right in between the meadows and at the edge of the forests of the Het Weldam estate. The former "Delle" has been converted into a luxurious and comfortable holiday farm. On the ground floor, there is a large catering kitchen equipped with all amenities, from cheese slicer to hand blender and dishwasher. There is also a large dining room with tables and chairs that can be arranged in any desired layout, so you can dine comfortably with your friends, colleagues or family. Or organize a cozy game night. Upstairs, a cozy living room has been set up where you can relax and unwind after a possibly eventful day. With your feet up, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful forests and the typical Twente landscape with its characteristic farms. Upstairs, you will also find the four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and with a magnificent view over the fields.
Outside, you can enjoy a large garden with plenty of space for football, boules or badminton. Or sit comfortably in the shade under the shed, where a nice covered terrace is set up. Of course, we have also created a nice spot where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The arrival time is arranged individually, including a brief tour and handing over the key.
Exploring nature together 
The group accommodation is located on the edge of the Weldam estate, from where numerous cycling and hiking trails are possible. Nature lovers can truly indulge themselves in the beautiful natural areas. Planning activities? Within a few kilometers, you will find a golf course, an outdoor playground, a petting zoo, various dining options, and much more.
