This beautiful holiday destination is located in the rural area of Dinkelland (Overijssel) and is suitable for 30 people. The holiday home is not only modern and comfortably furnished but also equipped with a Finnish sauna, a wood-fired 8-person hot tub, and a heated private outdoor pool! Perfect for children, but also for adults who can enjoy a relaxing swim, thanks in part to the counter-current system!

This beautiful group accommodation has been completely restored since March 2024. There is a new communal space with a lounge and bar, a dining room where 30 people can eat together, and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. There are 13 bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable box spring beds. Ten bedrooms are located on the first floor, and the remaining three bedrooms can be found on the second floor, where the Finnish sauna is also located. The beds are made upon arrival, so after unpacking your suitcases, you can immediately enjoy and relax in this beautiful accommodation.
In the summer months (May to September), you can take a refreshing dip in the pool (3.5m x 7 meters) or swim a few laps in the early morning. You can optionally book the heated private pool with your stay. The use of the hot tub and sauna is included in the price.

Located along the Dinkel is the beautiful Singraven Estate. On the estate, many monumental buildings stand, including the stately House Singraven, where you can take a guided tour, and the centuries-old water-powered sawmill with three wheels. For those who want to explore the sky up close, the Cosmos Observatory is a great place. Here, you can look through telescopes, watch films or live shows in the astro theater, or explore the entire universe in the planetarium. Tierpark Nordhorn is definitely recommended for a fun day out, and at Openluchtzwembad de Kuiperberg, you can take a refreshing swim.
The beautiful nature reserve Het Springendal is also known as the garden of the Netherlands. In the middle of the forest, you'll find picturesque seepage ponds, waterfalls, and narrow streams. Hills and meadows, lakes, and historic farms complete the picture, making it worth a visit.
Ootmarsum is also known as the art town of East Netherlands. The picturesque town has a rich history, which you can experience as you walk through the winding streets, admire the beautiful facades and old buildings, enter a church, or visit a museum. Walking through the alleys and narrow streets of the authentic and fairy-tale-like Ootmarsum, you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere and discover the varied range of shops and eateries. Art lovers can indulge in the numerous art galleries and various museums. After a walk through the town, it's nice to relax on one of the cozy terraces. Visit the German city Nordhorn, where you'll find a charming center and a beautiful city park. Extensive shopping can be done in Enschede, a half-hour drive away by car.
