Group accommodation Blokzijl (BAO-1382)

At the old South Sea beach, near Weerribben-Wieden National Park and Giethoorn, you'll find this group accommodation. The accommodation is highly suited for exclusive holidays, weekends with family and friends, courses, business relations, studies etc. for groups of up to 34 persons. The accommodation is non-smoking, free of thresholds and suitable for disabled persons. We are more than happy to arrange catering, activities, excursions or conferencing facilities for you.

 The modern, well-equipped kitchen is fully furnished for self-catering. Would you rather be taken care of? Ask about the catering possibilities for (luxurious) (multi-course) breakfasts, lunches, barbecues, dinner buffets and grocery packs including recipes. Pour a draught beer a the bar or nestle down on the lounge sofas in front of the television. On request, we can provide you with a darts board and table shuffle set. Behind the sliding doors you'll find the deck terrace. Here you can be warm and comfortable during the evenings thanks to the terrace stove. There is also a pizza oven. The children can play ball on the playground. A volleyball net is available. The accommodation includes 9 spacious themed bedrooms. Two rooms for 2 to 4 persons on the ground floor and 7 rooms on the first floor (accessible via stairs or elevator). For the children, there are children's seats and children's beds available upon request, games, a recreation room with table tennis and a large playground featuring a sandbox. The ground floor features 1 bedroom which is suitable for disabled persons and comes equipped with two adjustable beds and a XY transfer system, wheelchair-accessible shower and toilet and a modified sink. There's also an extra wheelchair-accessible toilet. Pets are allowed with prior discussion.

 Situated near Weerribben-Wieden National Park and the picturesque towns of Blokzijl and Vollenhove, centrally located at a mere one-hour drive from Utrecht, Groningen and Amsterdam. Many options for activities such as: go out into nature by bicycle, TukTuk, Kickbike, canoe or silent boat (available for rent at/via the owners). Go exploring in the tropical (butterfly) gardens of the Orchideeënhoeve. Discover the fortress in the Kuinrebos, or the old waterworks in the Voorsterbos. Go strolling through rustling bamboo forests, go for walks in the fragrant herb fields of the countryside or on beautiful sandy beaches. There's also a golf course nearby.
