Group accommodation for up to 15 people, located a few kilometers from Amsterdam. You are very welcome on this cattle ranch to see cow milking or lamb feeding in the spring.

A holiday home in North Holland with a large kitchen

On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen. The kitchen has many facilities. In total, there are sixteen seats available. You can also find one double bedroom suitable for our disabled guests on the ground floor! The doors are extra wide and there are no door steps. Additional braces and a shower chair are added to the bathrooms. The entire accommodation is non-smoking. The first and second floor both have two double rooms. The beds are extra large, 90×220 cm. The rooms are spacious enough to add an extra bed making the total capacity up to fifteen people. Each room has a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, and/or whirlpool. Each room also has a comfortable seat, television, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge! For the little ones, there are two cots, a highchair, and a booster seat. On the terrace, you can find garden furniture and a BBQ!

Sailing together through the beautiful nature

The green surroundings of Monnickendam invite you to various tours through the vast landscape. You can enjoy the peace and quiet by bike, electric boat, or you can canoe through Waterland. Discover the beauty of nature. Do you prefer something a little more touristy: we recommend day trips to Broek in Waterland, Marken, Edam, or Volendam. Amsterdam is also easily accessible by public transport. You are in the middle of Amsterdam within 15 minutes

"Jong en oud hebben enorm genoten. Deze accommodatie is zó leuk voor kinderen en de locatie is en omgeving zijn top. "

Voor onze familie van 12 personen was het een prima groepshuis. Het woongedeelte is niet zo groot maar dat geeft ook weer extra gezelligheid. De boer vertelde op een kindvriendelijke manier over het leven op de boerderij. We boften want de schapen werden geschoren. De kids vonden het prachtig om te zien.

We hebben met onze vriendengroep oud en nieuw gevierd. We waren met 4 stellen en 5 kinderen. Wat heel fijn was, was de gastvrijheid en de rustige locatie. We waren in de buurt van Volendam, Monnickendam en Marken qua uitstapjes. Daarnaast mochten we ook op de boerderij kijken wat voor de kinderen heel leuk was. We hebben de vier kamers op de 1e en 2e verdieping gebruikt als slaapplaatsen en de slaapkamer op de begane grond was een hele fijne speel- en relaxplek voor de kinderen. We konden de oliebollen en appelflappen ook erg waarderen. Kortom het verblijf was heel aangenaam en voor ons een succes.

Mooie ligging, op een boerderij die in bedrijf is, waarop de boer trots is en er graag over verteld. Prima ontbijt, heerlijke bedden, nette kamers, prima sanitair, zeer vriendelijke uitbaters.

De familie was zeer gastvrij. We mochten het melken van de koeien meemaken en kregen daarna ook nog een rondleiding. Ook werden we betrokken bij de geboorte van een kalf. Het huis was met mooie kerstverlichting/versiering ingericht, heel sfeervol en het hele huis was het heel verzorgd. We hebben genoten!!

Heel fijn hoe de eigenaren met de kinderen omgaan, ze mogen de kalfjes voeren, zelfs dat de koe moest bevallen mogen de kinderen er bij zijn . Heel mooi.!!

Hele fijne gastvrouw en gastheer. De "hooiberg" helemaal top. keurige slaapkamers en nette badkamers. Op loopafstand van Monnickendam. Mooie fietstocht ( over de dijken 34 kilometer ) direct op te pakken bij de accomodatie.
