This modern group accommodation is attractively furnished in beach style with scaffolding wood furniture. The spacious dining and recreation area is the heart of the stay and offers plenty of space to eat together, relax or organize activities. The large kitchen is practically equipped for groups and makes it easy to prepare meals together. The accommodation has 92 beds spread over 10 bedrooms. The number of rooms that are made available depends on the size of the group. This makes the accommodation especially suitable for larger groups of about 40 people or more. For smaller groups, the accommodation is often too spacious. The entire building has comfortable underfloor heating. Outside there is plenty of space to be active. On the grounds you will find a large sports field with football goals, a volleyball court and a basketball court. Ideal for sports activities with the whole group. Please note: the building must be delivered clean after the stay and is not suitable as a party location.

Texel is known for its vast nature, dunes and wide beaches. With over 120 km of cycle paths and various hiking trails, the island is perfect for active days outdoors. Just 250 meters away is the beach at Paal 17, one of the most famous and cozy beach locations on Texel. The Ecomare seal centre is also nearby and is a fun outing for young and old. The seaside resort of De Koog is about 2.5 km away and offers a cosy mix of shops, terraces and restaurants. The largest village on the island, Den Burg, is about 5 km away and is known for its cozy center and weekly market.
