There are in total 7 double rooms, one of which on the ground floor, with a private shower and toilet. There are 2 rooms on the first floor and 4 on the second floor. For the rooms upstairs there are 3 showers and 4 toilets. The living room is a bright conservatory with a dining and seating area. There’s a fully equipped kitchen. The large multifunctional room on the first floor is suitable for games, table tennis etc., but also for workshops or courses. There is a music installation. Outside you’ll find an enclosed garden with several sunny terraces.

The accommodation is located in the village centre of Helenaveen, with a restaurant, bar and cafeteria across the street. It’s located in the middle of wooded natural areas with lots of water, at the border of Brabant and Limburg, in the Peel. There are many possibilities for walking and cycling in the area and trips with a closed wagon or solex are also possible. Toverland Sevenum and swimming paradise De Schatberg are nearby.
