This special and beautiful stately building was built in 1914. After several owners, we came to live here as a family in 1994. 15 years ago, the old owner started converting the house with the possibility of renting it out to groups. Unfortunately, he passed away 10 years ago, after which his son continued the house. On the 3rd floor is the owner's apartment, which is not accessible. There is a cozy green and spacious garden in which you can barbecue. There is space for 1 car to park in the garden. It is also possible to park 1 car for free in the street. It is about a 15-minute walk through the center or 5 minutes by public transport bike. Given the location of the house, a weekend getaway here is the ideal place.
