Space and fun in this group accommodation in Voerendaal🏡

This spacious holiday home is spread over two floors and offers plenty of privacy and comfort. Both floors have their own kitchen, dining and sitting area, bathroom and toilet. The downstairs kitchen was completely renovated at the end of 2022. The bathroom on the ground floor offers both a bath and a shower, there is also an extra separate toilet. The bedrooms are distributed over the floors. Four bedrooms on the ground floor and two spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor. Ideal for larger groups who want to enjoy together, but also need their own place. For families with small children, two cots and high chairs are available free of charge. In 2022, the entire house was repainted, making everything look fresh and inviting.

Outside, a lovely terrace directly adjacent to the garden awaits, where you can relax in various seating areas. Enjoy the sun at the picnic tables or snuggle up in the comfortable garden furniture. For the children there is a fantastic playground on the large lawn, especially for the little ones up to 7 years old. Older children and adults can enjoy themselves on the playing lawn with football goal.

Explore the breathtaking Limburg nature 🌳

The house is surrounded by orchards, meadows and fields, with a panoramic view of the rolling Limburg hills. Here you can completely relax, with plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling in the immediate vicinity. Just 100 meters away is a beautifully landscaped cycling route (ANWB cycling junction route), perfect for exploring the area. There is also a safe place to store your bikes on site. For sports enthusiasts, there is a golf course just 3 km away, and within a few minutes you can reach the cozy center of Voerendaal (3 km), the bustling Valkenburg (7 km), or historic Maastricht (14 km).

"Zeer aangenaam"

Wij kwamen met een vriendengroep met kinderen en hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf. Monique is een lieve gastvrouw die steeds klaar stond om te helpen als het nodig was. We werden 's morgens verwittigd wanneer de boer de kalfjes melk ging geven en de kindjes mochten vrolijk mee helpen in de stal. Zelfs mee rijden met de traktor was geen probleem! Ook het huis zelf was dik in orde. Alles was aanwezig. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

"Een prachtige vakantiewoning op een rustige lokatie."

Alles was aanwezig in de woning, van vershoudfolie tot kinderbedje, noem het maar op en het was er. De eigenaresse had 's morgens voor ons al lekkere appelcake gebakken en die stond op tafel klaar met koffie en chocomel. Bijzonder vriendelijke ontvangst; we voelden ons er meteen thuis. De boer, is een prachtige en boeiende verteller, die met hart en ziel voor zijn dieren zorgt. We mochten mee als hij de kalfjes ging voeren. Voor de kleinkinderen een heel aparte belevenis. Zeker een aanrader!

"Heerlijk genoten met de hele familie!"

We hebben met onze familie (volwassenen en jonge kinderen tot 8 jaar) genoten van een weekendje weg. Het ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. Er stond zelfs verse cake op ons te wachten. De kinderen hebben zich buiten goed vermaakt en zijn vaak bij de kalfjes gaan kijken. Het enthousiasme van de boer was fijn om te ervaren. We konden met al onze vragen bij hem terecht en we hebben als kers op de taart een inseminatie bij mogen wonen. De kinderen hadden veel te vertellen op school!

"Super!"

Een erg fijn verblijf gehad. Ontzettend goed ontvangen en een zeer nette accommodatie aangetroffen. Ook heel erg te spreken over de omgeving. Kortom; we zouden deze plek zeker aanraden!

"We hebben genoten. "

Prachtige lokatie. In deze accommodatie is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving is schitterend. Helaas hebben we er weinig van gezien door het slechte weer.

Je woont op het terrein van een melkvee bedrijf waar je me kunt kijken wat de koeien en kalfjes zo doen. De boederij liegt op een heuvel en wij hadden met het weer mazzel en konden een fantastisch vuurwerk in de verte zien. De eigenaars wonen er naast en zijn heel vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het huisje heeft alles wat je voor een prettig en relaxed verblijf nodig heeft. Echt fijn.
