This spacious holiday home is spread over two floors and offers plenty of privacy and comfort. Both floors have their own kitchen, dining and sitting area, bathroom and toilet. The downstairs kitchen was completely renovated at the end of 2022. The bathroom on the ground floor offers both a bath and a shower, there is also an extra separate toilet. The bedrooms are distributed over the floors. Four bedrooms on the ground floor and two spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor. Ideal for larger groups who want to enjoy together, but also need their own place. For families with small children, two cots and high chairs are available free of charge. In 2022, the entire house was repainted, making everything look fresh and inviting.
Outside, a lovely terrace directly adjacent to the garden awaits, where you can relax in various seating areas. Enjoy the sun at the picnic tables or snuggle up in the comfortable garden furniture. For the children there is a fantastic playground on the large lawn, especially for the little ones up to 7 years old. Older children and adults can enjoy themselves on the playing lawn with football goal.

The house is surrounded by orchards, meadows and fields, with a panoramic view of the rolling Limburg hills. Here you can completely relax, with plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling in the immediate vicinity. Just 100 meters away is a beautifully landscaped cycling route (ANWB cycling junction route), perfect for exploring the area. There is also a safe place to store your bikes on site. For sports enthusiasts, there is a golf course just 3 km away, and within a few minutes you can reach the cozy center of Voerendaal (3 km), the bustling Valkenburg (7 km), or historic Maastricht (14 km).
