You arrive via a gated driveway and a sufficiently large parking lot. In the hall there are three adjacent bedrooms, a toilet and a separate bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen is well set up with all appliances, nice crockery, cutlery and glasses. You can cook perfectly. The living room has a gas fireplace and French doors take you to the garden and terrace. From the hall you enter the relaxation room with storage room, utility room and a fourth bedroom. The relaxation room is spacious. There is enough space at the large table for everyone! Access to the swimming pool (11x3.7 meters) and the sauna with a heater and infrared heating. On the first floor you will find a spacious open living room / kitchen which has been completely redesigned with a work island. There are 3 bedrooms, toilet and a bathroom.
