The bungalow has five bedrooms on the first floor. In each room, there is a linen closet. There are three bedrooms with a sink. The kitchen is luxuriously equipped. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, toilet cabinet, and a sink. The living room has a sitting and dining area, TV with digital receiver, and a stereo system. The entire house is centrally heated. At the rear of the house, there is a large covered sun terrace with garden furniture. This garden is fenced by conifers, so your privacy is guaranteed. There is a tennis court, a heated outdoor pool, children’s pool, some play equipment, and a sports field which you are free to use on the property.

Is located at 3 km from the tourist town of Valkenburg. The central location is perfect for taking cycling and walking tours, or a visit to the surrounding area. In addition, nature reserves such as the Hoge Venen, the Eifel, and the Ardennes are not too far away. Thermae 2000, day trips to Maastricht, Aachen, and Liège are all possibilites too.
