Located in the South Limburg hills 3 km from the tourist town of Valkenburg in a small-scale bungalow park. This group accommodation offers a lot of comfort for 18 people and is ideal for family and friend groups. 

A holiday home in South Limburg with heated outdoor pool

The group accommodation has 7 bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor. In addition, there is the possibility to furnish an extra bedroom (8th bedroom) with 2 single beds, with a total capacity of 20 people. On the 1st floor there are 6 bedrooms (see room layout). Each room is equipped with a linen closet. There are 3 bathrooms. One bathroom and one toilet are adapted for disabled people (please check with Groepen.nl which facilities are available). The spacious living room has a sitting and dining area, widescreen TV with digital receiver and a stereo system. The house is completely centrally heated. Luxurious open kitchen. From the living room you walk into the large garden (approx. 1000m) with a spacious covered terrace and playing field. On the site there is a tennis court, a heated outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, some playground equipment and a sports field that you can use freely.

Discover the different nature reserves together

The group accommodation is located 3 km from the tourist town of Valkenburg. The central location soon invites you to go on cycling and walking tours or to visit the surrounding border area. In addition, you will find nature reserves such as the High Fens, the Eifel and the Ardennes and not too far away, Thermae 2000, day trips to Maastricht, Aachen and Liège.
