The owner lives indoors on the second floor and of course respects your privacy and you will not be bothered by it. There is a spacious parking lot.

Epen is located in the southernmost tip of the Netherlands. The hilly landscape invites you to go for a walk or bike ride. History and culture can be found in abundance here. Back in the time of the Romans, castles, coal mines, steam trains, the caves and even prehistory. You can be active and sporty with: climbing, mountain biking, karting, golf, swimming and you even have the opportunity to practice winter sports all year round at Snowworld (Landgraaf). Wellness enthusiasts can visit Thermae 2000 and Carolus thermen. Beautiful cities in the immediate vicinity are Maastricht, Aachen and Liège.
