The group accommodation consists of several apartments and also has a multifunctional common room where you can get together with the whole group. In total there are 28 bedrooms, including some bedrooms with a loft, with sleeping places for up to 60 people. This makes the accommodation also very suitable for large groups who would like to maintain some privacy during their stay. Of course, you can also eat together. You can dive into the kitchen yourself and prepare a meal for the whole group, but it is also possible to have breakfast, brunch or dinner arranged. This way you decide how much convenience you want during your stay. Outside, the holiday feeling starts immediately. Around the attractive courtyard you will find several terraces where you can sit together. In the garden you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the green surroundings. Find a nice spot in one of the hammocks, read a book or enjoy a drink together in the open air. Here is plenty of room to completely relax. Bocholtz is a quiet village and at the same time an ideal base to discover South Limburg and the surrounding region. From the accommodation you can immediately take beautiful walks and bike rides on rural roads, through the rolling landscape and past characteristic Limburg villages and hamlets.

There is also plenty of choice for a joint day out. Within a radius of about ten kilometers you will find the Drielandenpunt, the Miljoenenlijn of the Zuid-Limburgse Stoomtrein Maatschappij, SnowWorld and the gardens and attractions of Mondo Verde. GaiaZOO is also a fun outing for young and old.

Thanks to its location close to the German and Belgian borders, cities such as Aachen and Liège are also easily accessible. Or head out to the Eifel or the Ardennes for an active day in nature. Maastricht and Valkenburg are also beautiful destinations for a day of shopping, soaking up culture or sitting together on the terrace.
