It is the ideal place for groups looking for a relaxing stay. You can enjoy sun, water and nature here. In the immediate vicinity you will find the beautiful nature and hiking area Leinwijk, which is within walking distance. The accommodation offers plenty of space and has a unique décor. There is enough space for several boats and there is parking for no less than four cars. The property has a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals, and there is a pleasant garden that is fenced and therefore suitable for dogs. The garden room is an ideal place to relax with a good book by the stove.

On the water

There is a lot to do and experience in the vicinity of the Zuidlaardermeer. The lake is over 600 hectares in size and offers many opportunities for swimming, surfing, boating and fishing. Optionally, you can rent a sloop for 5-6 people for €40.00 per night and enjoy sailing on the Zuidlaardermeer. You can relax on the beach which is within walking and cycling distance of the accommodation. The beach has a swimming bay and a beach pavilion. The group accommodation is also the ideal base for cycling, walking or boating trips, as it is located on the border of Groningen and Drenthe. You can cross the Drentse Diep with the bicycle ferry (self-service) of the Groninger Landschap and visit the windmill museum "de Wachter", the Sprookjeshof or look around in one of the surrounding esdorpen or peat colonial villages.
