Located on the outskirts of the village of Laren (GLD), this house is in a very quiet area. A luxury group accommodation with a view over meadows and the Oolde Estate. Great for family and groups of friends.

A group accommodation in Gelderland with spacious garden🏡🌳

On the ground floor you will find a spacious hall, living room followed by a fully equipped kitchen, here are 2 dining tables for 8 people which can be pushed together, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. On the upper floor you have access to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower and a toilet. Around the house is a spacious garden with several terraces and a whirlpool (for rent). The accommodation is also suitable for 1 or 2 wheelchair users. This is a non-smoking group accommodation.

There are various walking and cycling routes in the vicinity of Laren. Bicycle rental is also available. Laren is known for its Achterhoek four-day cycling event in August. In addition, there are numerous attractions in the immediate vicinity. In the village itself there are 3 catering establishments where you can go for a good meal. There are several castles to visit in the vicinity. An outdoor swimming pool in the village and an indoor swimming pool 5 km away.

"Fantastisch"

Wat een vriendelijke eigenaar en een fantastisch huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitermate geschikt voor grotere groepen. Grasveld ligt er schitterend bij. Alles is erg schoon en groot genoeg.

"Erg fijn en plezierige accomodatie van alles voorziwn"

Wij hebben dit jaar ons teamweekend doorgebracht in Laren. Vooraf aan ons verblijf hadden we al prettig contact met de eigenaar en heeft hij ons goed ontvangen en de accommodate laten zien. Wij hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in een fantastisch huis met een fijne en grote tuin. We raden dit zeker aan!

"Heel mooi netjes opgeruimd en gepoetst huis. Voldoende ruimte in en om het huis."

Alles is netjes verzorgt en er is voldoende servies etc. voor 18 personen. De bedden waren ook prima.

"Een fijn verblijf! "

Ruim mooi huis met een hele fijne tuin. Het enige minpunt was dat de buren ingewikkeld deden over een achtergrond muziekje al erg vroeg op de avond/einde van de middag.
