This group accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 8 people. The non-smoking accommodation is also suitable for groups of up to 16 people as a combination of two identical apartments (see DIM-585). Good and fast accessibility via the A12. The location has a lot of privacy. Opposite the group accommodation, the owner has a dairy farm and with great enthusiasm he gives a tour on request.
A holiday home in Gelderland with many sporting opportunities
The group accommodation is spacious and everything is located on the ground floor. The apartment has a living room and a good kitchen. This is fully equipped. In the sitting room there is a dining area and sitting area with television (dish). The tiled floor with underfloor heating and the gas fireplace make it all comfortable. The accommodation is easily accessible, there are no thresholds. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture and there are play equipment for children. The terrace is adjacent to the living room and can be reached through a sliding door. The accommodation has 3 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room, but if desired, stretch beds can also be added in the bedroom. Two bedrooms have a sink with hot/cold water. The accommodation has a bathroom with bath and separate shower, sink and toilet. An extra toilet is in the hall. Around the group accommodation you have plenty of space for various sporting activities.

Between the cities of Arnhem/Doetinchem and the area between the moraines of the Veluwezoom and the area of the Montferland. Various walking/cycling routes can be picked up from the location. For daytime activities there are various possibilities in the immediate vicinity from fully catered cycling day trips, company excursions, a Western farm with active daytime activities, covered wagon rides through the area, two indoor swimming pools, an outdoor swimming pool (within 3 km of the location) to a fitness center. For water sports enthusiasts, water sports center Rhederlaag is at a distance of 8 km.
