This spacious, rural group accommodation is ideal for families and groups of friends who love the outdoors and are looking for plenty of play and sports opportunities for children. You will stay here in a relaxing environment, surrounded by vast fields and the view over the farmland. Inside, everything feels homely and comfortable, while children can enjoy themselves outside on the large lawn or with go-karts, small tractors and various playground equipment.
Group accommodation in Gelderland with many play and sports facilities 
Everything is located on the ground floor, making the accommodation easily accessible and there are no barriers. To get from one apartment to another, you walk a few meters outside. Each apartment features a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area and a sitting area with TV (dish). For larger groups, it is possible to create the dining area in one apartment and the sitting area in the other, so that everyone has enough space. The tiled floor with underfloor heating and the gas fireplace create a cozy and cozy atmosphere.
In each apartment there are three double bedrooms, and in the living room there is a double sofa bed. If desired, extra stretch beds can be added. Two bedrooms have their own sink with hot/cold water. Each accommodation has a bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink and toilet, and there is an extra toilet in the hall. For children there is a large garden with go-karts, small tractors, playground equipment and a covered terrace with garden furniture and extra play equipment. There is plenty of space for sports and games around the accommodation, so that young and old can enjoy themselves to their heart's content.

Hiking and cycling routes start right at the property, so you can explore the area in a relaxed way. Nearby are charming villages such as Barchem, Borculo and Ruurlo with local shops, cafes and restaurants. For children there are plenty of opportunities for sports, adventure and nature experience in the area, while adults can enjoy the peace, space and beautiful view over the farmland.
