From the hall, you enter the living room with a sitting area around the fireplace, TV/DVD/radio, eatery, and open kitchen. There is a separate sitting room with fireplace, recreation room. The property has a total of nine bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are six bedrooms and three bathrooms all with shower, toilet, and sink. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, toilet, and sink. The property is centrally heated and there is a washing machine. Terrace with garden and playing field with climbing house and views of the Lochemse Berg. The accommodation is suitable for self-catering, but catering can also be provided by a number of good companies in the immediate vicinity.

The location is in a rural, woody, touristy cycling and hiking area. Near the town of Lochem with its castles and country houses, Vorden the eight-castle village (castle bike rides), Witte Wieven in Zwiep, the largest hedge maze, saltwater bath, subtropical pool, and a natural lake are in the immediate vicinity. The typical Achterhoek game called klootschieten can be played from the accommodation. Smuggling tour, covered wagon ride, canoeing, abseiling, mountain biking etc. Countless possibilities.
