A holiday villa for up to 20 people, which is equipped with every luxury. An oasis of peace and space. In the evenings in front of the fireplace, by the campfire place or enjoy dinner with a view over the estate. This luxury holiday villa has a private swimming pool that is open all year round, with heated water from April to the autumn holidays (we use the school holiday guidelines of the national government.) In addition, you can relax in the wellness area with sauna.

This group accommodation can accommodate groups of up to 20 people and has all the facilities for a luxurious stay. The living room has nice sofas and in the evenings you can sit in front of the fireplace. In addition, the group accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen. The group accommodation consists of two villas, each with spacious bedrooms. The main house (the house on the right) has six spacious furnished bedrooms, each with a bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor. The annex has two large family bedrooms with bathroom. In addition, there is an outdoor swimming pool in the garden where you can look out over the landscape.

The holiday villa is located between Aalten and Winterswijk in the middle of the Achterhoek nature. The journey to the accommodation alone is beautiful, the bocage landscape passes you by, the horizon is green through trees and meadows. Cows, birds and deer welcome you to this estate! "Geweldig! "

Je hebt verschillende mogelijkheden om je te vermaken, maar door de open ruimtes buiten, kan je iedereen zien waarmee ze bezig zijn. We hebben een zeskamp gehouden, een volleybalnet hebben we zelf neergezet.. Ja en het zwembad, ook al is het niet groot, heeft een hele fijne toegevoegde waarde. Maar ook het huis ruim, ook de slaapkamers en doucheruimte zijn ruim. Heel leuk dat er een mooi fris boeket in de keuken aanwezig was en een kratje bier en wijn koud in de koelkast klaarstond.

"Mooi huis, goede ligging, van alle gemakken voorzien"

Rustige omgeving. Prettig wandelen of fietsen. Kuil voor vuurtje leuk en gezellig. zwembad niet open erg jammer aangezien het verwarmd is. Kamers niet schoon, veel stof en lichtknopjes kleverig en vies.

Het huis is erg mooi en ruim van binnen. Een goed huis voor ons gezelschap van 20 personen met kleine kinderen. Zwembad kon goed afgesloten worden, waar een klein kind niet in het zwembad kon vallen. De omgeving is er rustig en 's ochtends en 's avonds konden we herten zien vanuit de tuin en slaapkamerraam. Wij hebben genoten van het weekendje weg.

De gezelligheid /uitstraling binnen. Rookkanaal van de haard was niet optimaal. Bloemen en waxinelichtjes maken extra gezellig Slaapkamers waren netjes. Ontvangt met aanwezige versnapering en drinken was super. Ook tafeltennistafel verblijf en minigym waren leuk

Het was perfect voor een grote vriendengroep, de sauna was een leuke bijkomstigheid, mooie grote woonkeuken, fijne ruime en nette slaapkamers. Van de grote bank is dit weekend goed gebruik gemaakt.
