The living room is adjacent to the garden, with a nice terrace. The children can play to their heart's content in the garden on the large trampoline or in the playhouse with slide and swing.You have access to 2 spacious living rooms, the authentic elements of the former farmhouse have been preserved in the fireplace, with its antique tiles, and the cracked floor. The various seating areas and high bar table with stools make it a nice space to stay together. The 2 kitchens are well equipped with pans, cutlery, crockery and there is a large dining table where you can dine together. In the living rooms there are plenty of comfortable sofas and armchairs. Near the German borderLocated in the outskirts of Aalten, bordering the Wintersewijk hamlets and the German border. From the accommodation you can take lovely walks or bike rides in the bocage landscape of De Achterhoek. In the German city of Bocholt there is a tropical swimming paradise. In Aalten, a visit to the National Hiding Museum is highly recommended for young and old. Or a guided tour through the Aaltense gangekes or through the historic town of Bredevoort with a visit to the city brewery. In warm weather it is wonderful to cool off in De Slingeplas near Bredevoort, or you can rent a Vespa and tour the area in a relaxed way. Furthermore, in De Achterhoek there are beautiful country estates, estates and castles to visit, modern museums, adventure parks, climbing forests, indoor playgrounds, in short, plenty of entertainment for young and old. You don't have to be bored. This accommodation is not rented to youth groups, football teams, student groups or other noisy groups consisting exclusively of people between the ages of 18 and 30.
