Group accommodation Midlaren (MDL-1410)

Located on (and partly above) the Zuidlaardermeer. The group accommodation can accommodate up to 40 people and has 10 bedrooms. The building has a spacious recreation room with large windows and patio doors to the veranda, giving you the ultimate feeling of 'living on the water'. On hot days, you can take a seat on the veranda that extends above the water. It is a very suitable location for water sports enthusiasts, families, nature lovers and other (active) groups.

Group accommodation in Midlaren where surf lessons are possible

The spacious recreation room with sitting area and five large dining tables has a TV (satellite dish), music system and two connecting toilets. The spacious, modern (semi-open) kitchen is equipped with many conveniences. The separate dishwashing area has a dishwasher. The private veranda on the water offers plenty of seating for the group and next to the building there is a large recreation field (publicly accessible). Each bedroom has two bunk beds (with duvets and pillows, bed linen is on request), private shower and toilet. The location is on the edge of a water-rich bungalow park, where you will find a restaurant, bar, tennis courts, mini golf, playgrounds, party boats and campsite. It is also possible to book sailing and surfing lessons at the sailing school, or to rent boats (sailing and motor boats, canoes, surfboards, pedal boats, etc.).

The large water feature with unique views, large rush fields, vast polders, and wooded surroundings make it one of the most special areas in the Netherlands. With more than 1,100 kilometres of cycle paths, 53 historic dolmens, three national parks and extensive opportunities for water sports, Drenthe offers something for everyone. Opposite the holiday park are the Noordlaarderbossen for a nice walk and in addition to all the natural beauty, Groningen is 15 kilometers away for your portion of culture and urban entertainment. Of course, you can also use the accommodation as a base for various trips to, for example, Zuidlaren, Noordlaren, Assen or Groningen.
