Located on (and partly above) the Zuidlaardermeer. The group accommodation can accommodate up to 40 people and has 10 bedrooms. The building has a spacious recreation room with large windows and patio doors to the veranda, giving you the ultimate feeling of 'living on the water'. On hot days, you can take a seat on the veranda that extends above the water. It is a very suitable location for water sports enthusiasts, families, nature lovers and other (active) groups.

Group accommodation in Midlaren where surf lessons are 🏄possible

The spacious recreation room with sitting area and five large dining tables has a TV (satellite dish), music system and two connecting toilets. The spacious, modern (semi-open) kitchen is equipped with many conveniences. The separate dishwashing area has a dishwasher. The private veranda on the water offers plenty of seating for the group and next to the building there is a large recreation field (publicly accessible). Each bedroom has two bunk beds (with duvets and pillows, bed linen is on request), private shower and toilet. The location is on the edge of a water-rich bungalow park, where you will find a restaurant, bar, tennis courts, mini golf, playgrounds, party boats and campsite. It is also possible to book sailing and surfing lessons at the sailing school, or to rent boats (sailing and motor boats, canoes, surfboards, pedal boats, etc.).

In addition to being a quiet water sports area, the Zuidlaardermeer is also a lake with exceptional natural value. The large water feature with unique views, large rush fields, vast polders, and wooded surroundings make it one of the most special areas in the Netherlands. With more than 1,100 kilometres of cycle paths, 53 historic dolmens, three national parks and extensive opportunities for water sports, Drenthe offers something for everyone. Opposite the holiday park are the Noordlaarderbossen for a nice walk and in addition to all the natural beauty, Groningen is 15 kilometers away for your portion of culture and urban entertainment. Of course, you can also use the accommodation as a base for various trips to, for example, Zuidlaren, Noordlaren, Assen or Groningen.

"Een prachtige locatie, maar eerst alles zelf schoonmaken "

Prachtig aan het meer, met een grote zaal en een ruime keuken. Helaas geen essentiële apparatuur zoals een oven en frituur. Een eigen frituur is niet toegestaan. Onze groep heeft zich verder prima vermaakt. Over netheid en hygiëne het volgende: Het bestek en servies waren ronduit smerig, vol met etensresten. In een van de bedden lag een grote vishaak.

"Een geweldige locatie en prima voorzieningen."

De locatie ligt aan het Zuidlaardermeer en het terras kijkt over het meer uit. Je kunt bootjes, waterfietsen, sup boards enz. huren, je kunt er heerlijk fietsen en wandelen. Het verblijf is ruim met 10 4-persoons kamers met elk een eigen toilet en douche. De gezamenlijke ruimte is groot en er is een keuken om voor veel personen te koken.

"Super!"

Ein toll gelegenes Gruppenhaus, direkt (!) am See. Die Schlafräume (10 Räume mit je zwei Etagenbetten) sind eher einfach, haben aber jeder ein eigenes WC und eine Dusche. Der große, voll verglaste Aufenthaltsraum, die Terrasse am See und die funktionale Küche (leider ohne Backofen, schlecht für Aufbackbrötchen) entschädigen aber 100% für die Schlafräume. Wir hatten bei tollem Wetter sehr viel Spaß!

"Prima verblijf voor grote familie/ groep "

Ligging aan het water is top. Grote woonkamer. Fiets en boot verhuur bij het park Veel slaapkamers met allen eigen douche en toilet , bedden lagen goed.

"Mooie ligging accomodatie. echter vies!!!"

Vlokken onder bed echt heel veel, gordijnen schimmel, spinrag in kamer op draden van lampen. Geen veger en blik aanwezig. Moeten contact opnemen voor kapotte lampen bij aankomst. Maar 5 filters aanwezig terwijl dat er voldoende zou zijn. Later wel gebracht. Maar toch...beter controleren vantevoren. Geen salontafeltje aanwezig. Zelf wat gefabriceerd. We hebben verder een top weekend gehad met onze mensen.

"Goed voor grote groepen, niet geheel complete keuken, communicatie zou iets beter kunnen "

Op site staat moderne keuken; er zat geen oven in en geen vriezer, wat ik (+anderen) niet vind kloppen bij die omschrijving. Moet benadrukt worden want heeft effect op allerlei planning. Was niet optimaal schoon (luchtverfrisser gekocht) We hadden aangegeven dat we eerder zouden komen ivm boodschappen, was niet bekend bij het ontvangst. Eea aan vragen via via moesten opnieuw. Wel allemaal erg behulpzaam
