Four rooms are located on the first floor, are very spacious, have adjustable beds, and are easily accessible for wheelchair users. Groups that need nursing care can stay in this accommodation. The shared garden room with air conditioning has a large panorama window. Here, you will also find the spacious kitchen, with all modern amenities and a complete inventory. On the second floor, there is a living area, with two sofas and a game table, where you can read, or use the Internet (WiFi). There are plenty of books and games available. You have access to several terraces, including a covered terrace. There is a large playing field of approx. 2400 yd² with a pétanque court, trampoline, and a bird's nest swing. Next to the farm is a large barn for storing your rented or rented bicycle. During your stay, breakfast and dinner can be provided.

The rural farm in Drenthe is located half a mile outside the village of Beilen and 1.5 miles from the town center. The Brunstinger lakes are half a mile away from the farm. The National Park Dwingelderveld is 3 miles away, and so is the Westerbork transit camp. Beilen has an indoor swimming pool and a lovely shopping street. It is possible to rent old Dutch games, or play the klootschieten (ball throwing) sport. The farm is located on a cycling and hiking route.
